Today, I went to work. Plenty of things were dangling in front of my face today. I wanted a new optical mouse for my laptop so that I don’t have to use the pointing stick anymore, but it was $40. So, I resisted and decided not to get it. However, my Palm m125 ran out of batteries, and I have absolutely none at home, so I had no choice but to buy some batteries. At RS, we have our brand name AAA batteries, which are $14.99 for eight, and we have these AAA Leap batteries, which are $4.99 for eight. They are supposedly high capacity batteries, and they were on sale, but they are an experimental product. Well, I popped them in my Palm and it worked (but I’ll have to synch my data at home). By taking the Leap, I saved $10.
