How To Powerlift A Box Twice Your Weight

今日は面白いです。 Lee came in first thing in the morning to do the shipment from yesterday. After seeing him struggling even though he was sick, I forced him to show me how to do shipment, and then we kicked him out of the store. After that, we got all of shipment out. Chad is really hard working, which I’m glad for. He still slacks, but when there is something that needs to be done, I can depend on him to get it done in a timely manner. So, we got new display units for our TDK media and Kensington computer accessories. The Kensington unit is cool, but the TDK… makes no sense. We don’t even carry that much TDK stuff! I was supposed to get both units set up, but I couldn’t, because it got busy and… well… so did I. I ended up tidying up the back room… then I moved stuff around…

I ended up staying after work in a fit of assistant manager duty. I rearranged the rest of the back room so that there was more space and everything was put away nicely. I got the Kensington unit finished and the TDK unit finished as best as I could, with what TDK media we have. The whole process only took two extra hours after work, which is amazing, since a project like this would have taken two days on company time. Customers are our priority, and today, I was unable to help many of them. In the end, I got fed up with it all and just bit the bullet. Do the work, have an easier time of selling tomorrow. I may not have gotten paid for it, but hey, I felt really good and accomplished about the work I did. Lee will be very pleased when he gets in tomorrow morning. Besides… I might as well enjoy my job as much as I can, just in case I get on with INCO. On one hand, I want the job, but on the other hand, I don’t, so I can keep the one I actually like… what a terrible situation… ほしくないな。。。

The one with all the Lesson Reviews.

I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with this blog ever since I started using Hummingbird last fall. So, I decided to try an idea of mine called Lesson Reviews. Essentially, it’s more of a “what I learned from X anime” than a review, but the thing is, there will be good and […]
