Current Music: Nakashima Mika – Sakurairo Mau Koro
Haven’t heard this new album, MUSIC, for a while. I really love the musical direction that Mika-san took with her second album, LOVE, which made it into this third album. Her first album, in my opinion, was not as good and was too disco/funk for my tastes (although I really loved HELPLESS RAIN). This new jazzy sound is very rare to find in Japanese music, so I hope she continues in this vein of music.
